ok, new effort going forward as of today

Ugh. I am super unhappy with the way I look and feel. I am planning to take weekly pictures and measurements I can see my progress. Here we go...

Yuk. That's all I got to say about that....


Here is a picture of April's and my breakfast on June 1. Ground turkey with rosemary, oregano, garlic chives, onions, and garlic - 3pts. Eggs with chard, onion, rosemary, cilantro, mushroom, celery, cumin and a little garlic salt - 4 pts. Fruit - FREE! This was a very satisfying and yummy meal. Black coffee and water.
